In recent years, through a series of conservation projects, MCHT has conserved nearly the entire periphery of Forbes Pond, creating an extraordinary new preserve on the Schoodic Peninsula. The preserve is now open with 2.5 miles of trail, and lovely views of Forbes Pond and the stream. Learn more about Forbes Pond Preserve.
