MCHT Summer Outings Fill up Fast!
Each year, MCHT offers members and friends a variety of outings to enjoy. Take time this summer to discover and explore the scenic beauty of Maine's islands and estuaries, observe nesting seabirds, and learn about the history of the people of Maine in these fragile and sometimes harsh environments.

Bring your digital camera and enter our field trip photo contest. Winners will receive a free trip next year. Complete guidelines.
Pre-paid registration required. Trips involving boat transportation are charged a per-person fee to cover the expense (payable at time of registration). Trips generally run rain or shine. If a rain date is assigned and the trip runs on the alternate date, no refunds will be provided. Please see our Cancellation/Refund policy.
