Matt Nareff

Matt joined MCHT as our new Database Manager in November. He was born and raised in Connecticut, and has spent the last 16 years in non-profit fundraising. He graduated from Connecticut College with a bachelor's degree in theater, and it was in a theater where he first found himself in development. He began doing both database management and Annual Fund work but his enjoyment of computers and technology has led him to focus primarily on the database side. In his free-time he can be found reading multiple books, watching a movie, or yelling at the television while watching his favorite sports.

Jeff Romano

Jeff Romano, MCHT’s Senior Public Policy Manager, is now part of MCHT’s Land Trust Program Department. Jeff’s role advocating for land conservation issues in Augusta and Washington won’t change, but he will now be working closer with Warren Whitney (MCHT’s Land Trust Program Manager) and Donna Bissett (MCHT’s Land Trust Program Coordinator) to advance the issues of land trusts in Maine.

Stephanie Rogers

Stephanie Rogers joined MCHT in May 2016 as the Human Resources Generalist.  Her background includes over 25 years of payroll, finance, and HR experience, most recently at Thos. Moser Cabinetmakers. She and her family live in New Gloucester and spend as much time as possible enjoying the outdoors in Maine hiking, biking and camping. This season’s vegetable garden was a group effort and all have sworn to actually harvest it this year.
